Exclusive Visit to Fondation de l’Hermitage in Lausanne

Join the Cornell Club of Switzerland for a special cultural event on Saturday,
5 April 2025, as we enjoy a private guided tour in English of the renowned Fondation de l’Hermitage in Lausanne.

The tour will begin at 16:30, offering an in-depth look at the museum’s impressive collection and current exhibition (Trésors du Petit Palais de Genève). Following the visit, we will gather for a convivial aperitif with a selection of local wines and fine finger foods at 18:00 at the restaurant L’Esquisse (located on the gardens of the museum).

Housed in a beautiful 19th-century mansion, Fondation de l’Hermitage is celebrated for its exceptional fine art exhibitions, featuring works from Impressionist masters to modern and contemporary artists. Recent highlights include exhibitions dedicated to Monet, Degas, and Swiss artists like Félix Vallotton.
