40th Anniversary Thanksgiving Celebration

This year marks a historic milestone as the Cornell Club of Switzerland celebrates its 40th Anniversary! Join us on Saturday, 21 November 2026 for an unforgettable day in Basel, beginning with an exclusive guided visit to the renowned Kunstmuseum Basel before gathering at the iconic Grand Hotel Les Trois Rois for our Thanksgiving Celebration. We are especially honored to welcome distinguished guests from Cornell University as we celebrate four decades of friendship, service, and the enduring Big Red spirit in Switzerland.

Help Support Cornell's First Global Careers Week

Could your company or organization be interested in connecting with Cornell students seeking career opportunities outside the United States?

Cornell is launching its inaugural Global Careers Week this November, bringing students and global employers together. The event will be primarily virtual, enabling employers to participate across time zones and connect with both domestic and international students.

Cornell is seeking a broad mix of participating companies and organizations, and our members here in Switzerland can help! Whether your organization recruits internationally or you know someone who might be interested, an introduction to the right person could open doors for Cornell students.

Global Careers Week at a Glance
When: 2 - 6 November 2026
Where: Primarily virtual, with hosts selecting an available timeslot that works for them
Audience: Cornell students of all levels and nationalities exploring careers outside the United States

How Can Your Organization Participate?
- Host an information session to introduce your organization, job opportunities, internships, and career pathways.
- Join coffee chats or networking conversations to connect with students in an informal, small-group setting.
- Lead a career readiness workshop on topics such as interviewing, networking, leadership, or industry trends.

Alumni with professional experience abroad are encouraged to share career insights and advice.
