It's that time of year! Our annual dues are set to provide you with maximum benefits at a small price. With your paid membership, you can take advantage of reduced fees to attend club events! In many ways, the membership quickly pays for itself.
At CHF 40 a year, we keep the club running smoothly without remuneration for our volunteer board members. All funds are utilized for events, website maintenance, and student sponsorships. As our club evolves with modern technology, we encourage you to become a dues-paying member this year!

Join us tomorrow for an evening of free flowing champagne at the Mövenpick Wein-Bar in Zurich on Saturday, 19 August for an unbelievable price of CHF 45! All other drinks and small plates will be available for purchase to round out the evening of all you can drink champagne. Drink responsibly and please avoid driving that evening. ;-)

Annual Cornell Hike Will Be "Gorges"!

Join us on Sunday, 3 September for our annual hike. This year we will explore the very beautiful Gorges d'Areuse in the heart of canton Neuchâtel. While flat in many parts, it is known for its waterfalls and steep gorges, so wear good hiking shoes and bring walking sticks if you like. Deadline to register is 31 August. See you there!

Zinck's Night

The International Spirit of Zinck's Night is alive in Switzerland this October 19th, so bring your Cornell spirit and join us for this time honored tradition. There will be a meet up in Geneva and Basel at a local establishment. Save the date as more details will come!
Traditionally celebrated on a Thursday in October, Cornellians around the world will meet up and give a toast to Theodore Zinck's. Find out more about the history of Zinck's Night here.

Thanksgiving Celebration

This year our 37th Thanksgiving Gala and Annual General Meeting will be held in Pontresina on Saturday, 25 November! It will be a spectacular celebration at the luxurious Grand Hotel Kronenhof.
This is an occasion not to be missed! It will be the last time to enjoy this special venue at a special rate as the Hotel Director and Cornellian, Marc Eichenberger, will depart at the end of the year.
Join us in Pontresina this November for the Thanksgiving festivities, the Annual General Meeting, and to thank Marc for 9 years of collaboration with the Cornell Club of Switzerland. More details to come!
