Dear fellow alumni and friends, We are pleased to announce the launch of our new website and logo as part of the ongoing evolution of our Club. One of our key missions is to attract more alumni who are living and/or working in Switzerland to join our Cornell alumni community. This website is designed to gain visibility, showcase our dynamic Club, and communicate with our membership more freely in a modern way that facilitates and enhances our Cornell connection. Thank you to the team that made this possible! As you can imagine, it is important that we keep the website alive with our latest news. Every organization needs a logo. With the launch of our new website, it was time to give our Club an emblem to rally around. We based the logo from the original Cornell University seal, but modified it to capture the heart and soul of our Club based in Switzerland.
Yes, of course, everything is legal! We obtained guidelines from the Cornell University Brand team who gave us approval to use the Cornell University name - but not the logo or seal. We adapted the seal by adding the icon of the Matterhorn and the Swiss cross among other images of higher education. The font we used, while very similar to Cornell's official font, is Helvetia. How appropriate given our Swiss roots! We hope you like our new style!

We encourage you to create an account with our new website! Then you can register for Club events and pay event fees and your annual dues online. You can also conveniently check your membership status. It only take a minute of your time to create a login. Try it today before you forget!
Remember, it is FREE to become a member and to register with the website. If you are interested in becoming a due-paying member (aka Active Member), you can find more info on the Join Us page.
A Note to Active Members
Please understand that we are in a transitional period with our membership process. If you are already an active due-paying member prior to the website launch, your dues are current through 30 June 2023. Your account on the website will not display your active club membership status until you renew your dues online through the website in June 2023. Just remember for any Club events, you should pay the active member price.
