Our Cornell Annual Hike is this Sunday

fribourg_rock

We have a great group of Cornellians, family, and friends joining us on our Cornell Annual Hike on Sunday, 7 September led by Jüg in Fribourg! Don't worry - there is still time to register by 3 September for this great excursion!

Known for its beautifully preserved medieval architecture, Fribourg is a city full of surprises. Our route begins in the Old Town and descends into the mysterious Gottéron Gorge, once feared by knights who believed a dragon lived within. After winding through the gorge and across tranquil meadows, we will return to Fribourg for optional refreshments in a local restaurant.

For planning purposes, please register for the hike even though it is free event.
See you there!

Urban Art Discover in Basel

Basel Urban Tour - Group 2

On a radiant summer afternoon, twenty Cornell alumni, family, and friends gathered in Basel for a special exploration of the city’s vibrant street art scene. While Basel is internationally renowned for its world-class cultural institutions such as the Kunstmuseum Basel, Fondation Beyeler, and the Art Basel fair, our tour revealed another layer of the city’s creative spirit: its dynamic street art and graffiti culture.

A Big Thank You to Bernie for organizing this fantastic event!
